LONG WEEKEND OF MINE! (:
LONG WEEKEND OF MINE! (:
aww, tell me, how long didnt we have a long weekend.
it's either the holidays are not on weekends or that PH falls on a Fri and the next day is a working day! suay not?!
but luckily this time round, PH falls on a Fri and Sat is a work-free day! yippie! (:
therefore the mojos started planning an outing!
was so freaking looking forward to it as the week was hectic.
had lots of things to plan like where to go, what to do, what to bring, what to eat and so on.
so we decided to head to Marina Barrage when later on found out that Aliciayi is also bringing the kids there as well. so meaning i'll be able to see Jerold! ((:
but sometimes, things just doesnt go your way, even before reaching there.
1. the preparation of food took a longer time than expected
2. some act-like-partially-deaf-but-is-actually-doing-selective-listenin gold taxi uncle did not know the way to Marina Barrage, causing the fare to amount to $26 which could have been lesser.
3. the sky started turning grey upon reaching and totally telling us "no kite flying"
look what we've got:
-spagetti
-crabsticks
-hotdogs (many varieties)
-seaweed chicken
-sotong balls
-chicken wings
-fruit salad
-tuna sandwich
-cheese and ham sandwich (and i tell you the sandwich is ALOT! 2 loaves of bread!)
-jelly
-pancakes
-mee pok (er, too hungry before that then we packet.ha!)
-packet drinks!

when we're somehow somewhat bored, we decided to think of where to head next but using drawing lots method! LOL`
duper funny.

on our way up to the open area though it was starting to drizzle abit..

Like i said, the drawing of lots didnt helped much in where we decide to go.
After circling around, we decided to head fro Fish Spa! ticklish fish spa! hah!
haha! lots of screaming and yelling cause it was SO ticklish.
but once you calm down, will really get used to it. (:
buy 2 get 1 free! just nice 6 of us! (: it's around Sin Ming area with a prawning area.
after fish spa, all of a sudden, we headed to hunt for Eyelash Extension salon which bee recommanded. end up, sweet did extensions while we headed to AMK hub to purchase food for night's steamboat at bee's place.
went back to pick sweet up after that.
and her lashes were wee-u-weet! long! (:
very pretty, am tempted to do it as well but i guess shall not cause i heard taking care of the extensions are pretty much a hassle especially when bathing, scary! =x
went over for steamboat aftermath and help with the preparation.
and only at this point of time, i suddenly feel that we really should and has grown up especially bee. being a wife/mom/sister-in-law & daughter-in-law.
she puts her family first, always. Giving them the best and not complaining even if it really gets seriously troublesome.
i dont think i will be able to take all these =x
i guess i'll have to pick up one or two skill from her (:

totally enjoyed the day so much with mojos.

p/s: and thru that day, i guess people do change and we do have to adapt to whatever is changing in order not to suffer or feel miserable with the change.
Went mooncake shopping with my mom the next day at Jurong Point.
it's seriously so hard to please EVERYONE'S taste buds!
my dad, my 2 sisters, my grandparents! argh, headache..
my leg is breaking from all the walking and my mouth stinks from all the tasting of weird flavoured mooncakes! =x

bringing his baby (not me!) but his car (boo!) for a drink!
but lovely him bought me something that i recently wanted to get:
a mini hair straightener! (:
though no pink, but he tried getting a pinkish red one! heh`
he even booked "Resident Evil 4"!

had a pretty early night sleep as i reach home late everyday.
feel like im draining out soon.
have to attend `precious friend's wedding the next day.
Wedding is at Orchard Holiday Inn.

Though the wedding isn't the lavish type.
but everything was sweet.
at certain point i even had the urge to get married but of cos come back to my senses minutes after that! ha! =x
i especially liked their montage, it was so sweet and touching! (:
the atmosphere was also rather awkward as i duno most of the people there other than some of `precious friend. =/
the night ended with some drama stuff la.
duper tired by then, headed home only ard 12am+
