BRAND NEW YEAR 2011!

BRAND NEW YEAR 2011!

Have been REALLY busy thats why there has been no new entries!
Finally my dearest ah yi is officially married! i feel so happy for her with mixed emotions. (:

shall update on that later!

i've got a bunch of pictures to upload!

As i've said, brand new year, 2011.

Thinking back, how was your 2010?

Mine wasn't exactly exciting but it wasn't unmemorable either. (:

Some of the deeper impression about things that happened to me:

Out with the old, In with the new

`precious changed his car.

from a COE car, Honda Civic to a brand new Mitsubishi Lance MR

i felt happy for him as he has accomplished something that he has always wanted to.

though the new car is not some luxury car, but i already felt proud of him (:

The Family Reunion
Certain issues cause families to distanced from each other for quite some time.

But it was also in 2010 that everything was resolved and that we're able to go back to how we were used to be like.

It was seriously torturing and heart-wrenching to even think back as to what exactly happen.

But now that things are fine, im really happy (:

we're able to sit around the dining table joking and crapping again with the melody ("mahjong" sound) playing in the background. ha!

i would love that for the rest of my life.
Family has been a really big part of me.

The Mojo Reunion

i guess the happier event/incident, gotta be Mojos (name which was gotten at a later date) reunites.

a lost and found kind of feeling.

we haven't been contacting for as long as 5 years if im not wrong and all of a sudden we decided to meet

up but the guys couldnt make it. so the 4 ladies went ahead.

soon after, we finally had all 6! (:

we started meeting up rather regularly..

for missions, mahjongs,

picnic, zoo trips,

movies, bowling,

and occasional gatherings...

i hope this friendship between us would go on with regular initiatives from time to time (:

love you guys!

My 23rd Birthday

i totally enjoyed my 23rd birthday.

Being able to spend it with the Mojos and my love.
with all the sweet thoughts of Mojos, spending it at Pan Pacific was a memorable night for me (:

appreciate all that was done.

especially this sweetie cum bff cum playmate of mine.

the first Coach timepiece from sweetie and the first Tiff & Co. from the rest

The Batam trip that my lovely ah boy planned, which was supposed to be a surprise...
This was also consider the first time that he actually initate to do/plan something

the gift from him for this year's birthday (:

Though there was nothing really special about the Batam trip but i do appreciate the thought of bringing me out of sg to celebrate my birthday.

Whipped a meal on my own

i've whipped up a meal on my own! and i mean a meal with a main, a soup and 2 side dishes!

i felt proud of myself (:

all ready to be a mom and a wife? hah i dont think so.
imagine all i know how to cook was that few dishes?? my husband and kids would kill me.

my husband would find another wife and my kids would jolly well want a new mom. lol!

Side Dishes: Steam Garlic Prawn & Enoki Mushroom & Hotdog Egg.

Made cookies for the first time!

After a meal, i think it's quite important to make small bites for dessert.

so, sweet and i made cookies for xmas as part of the gifts for our love ones! (:

we went over to bee's place and had lots of fun in the process of making!

it was quite a success i should say cos baby loves it. (or he dare not say it sucked? ha!)

Also, i think i was too excited over first time making cookies that i forget to take a pic of it! ):

I made a new friend!

it is actually quite hilarious to see me saying this."i made a new friend!"

this new found friend has a very fierce outlook but is very soft actually.

crappy enough to make me laugh, serious enough to hear me talk. (:

been really close since sec sch and has grown closer and closer...

Stepping into the society, i had a chance to work with her..

i love it when we do silly things..

we've grown more and more onto one another and i wish it would stay this way throughout even when life changes it phase..

we're still happily attached and is counting 7 years on the journey soon

we've been together since i was 16 and he was 19..

i might have complained so much about him, picking on him.....

But i knew i needed him....

He made me feel like a princess with all the care and attention he showered on me, the kind of tolerance and patience that i dont think i will be able to find on another guy...

So what about New Year Resolution for 2011?

i do make mine every year but i dont abide to it =x

so this year, let me make some and TRY my best to do it.!

1. (MOST IMPORTANT) shed a few kilos!! i've been saying this for the past few years and only recently

i started to watch my diet. (no exercise though =x)

2. really start looking into what im really interested into doing.

3. Attend driving lessons and eventually obtain a car license!

4. Save up and start planning for the Taiwan trip with baby

5. the Thailand trip with sweet♥! damn looking forward to it!

6. think carefully if i want to further my studies

7. work extra hard to save up for a luxury bag and purchase it ON MY OWN. =x

8. thinking...

9. still thinking.....

let me think about it and update as and when..

i know i know new year resolutions have to be made from the beginning of the year..

but...
